Brendan Van Deventer

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Brendan brings institutional multifamily experience from JPMorgan Chase, Spirit Investment Partners, and Lincoln Avenue Capital. Before co-founding CRES, he founded Back East Real Estate Services, providing asset management and underwriting services to investors and lenders nationwide. He holds certifications including Certified Housing Asset Manager and LEED Green Associate.

Tony Ferrell

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Tony brings over 15 years of institutional multifamily experience, with the majority of his career spent at The Bascom Group where he was responsible for a portfolio of real estate investments throughout the United States. Tony has been involved in the repositioning of 70+ assets across 15 major markets, totaling more than 22,000 units with a combined portfolio value exceeding $2 billion. He is experienced in all aspects of asset operations including business planning, revenue strategy, renovation, investor and debt relations, budgeting, and property/construction management oversight.
